We are a small minority family owned and operated business located in Colorado.

Lucas Thompson a Native American from Arizona has been passionate about food and fishing his whole life. If he wasn’t out setting crawfish traps and fishing lines at the local fishing ponds, he was at home watching Louisiana Cooking with Justin Wilson on PBS. As time went on he went to culinary school and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu. For a little over a decade now he has been perfecting his cajun recipes.
